Gerrit is a passionate and detailed designer who brings a wealth of experience to our Aube team. His thirty years of residential and commercial design experience ranges from beautifully designed contemporary homes to highly complex projects in a multitude of commercial sectors. His commitment to well considered and detailed design development and documentation makes him integral in the delivery of our holistic design and construction process.

A passionate and highly motivated interior designer. Having completed a B.A. of Interior Architecture, Stella has a creative flair and keen eye for detail. With sustainable design in mind, she works collaboratively alongside our Designers, Consultants and Construction team. Developing close client relationships is central to Stella’s process, assisting the team to take our clients through the journey from the initial conversation through to design, documentation, construction and furnishing. Allowing ideas to flow freely between the client and herself while helping them gain an understanding of the design process and design outcomes is an important focus for Stella.

Nathans’ twenty years of experience in the construction industry understates his detailed knowledge base, progression within the estimating field and contribution to the Aube team. His approach in preparing detailed budgets, whether for large scale commercial projects or highly detailed residential projects, ensures we can provide market leading cost clarity to our clients across a range of diverse sectors. Being involved from the inception of the design process and by liaising with our design and construction teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers, Nathan is passionate about constantly improving construction efficiencies and providing budget clarity to our clients at all stages.

Sophie is a highly diligent, methodical, and intuitive Contract Administrator with a wealth of experience in administration, organisation and management. Her enthusiastic and pro-active approach, together with her attention to detail, allows for a seamless integration with our designers, site managers, client and trades to assist in delivering the best of our integrated service.

Kirrily is articulate, diligent and adept at all things detail. With over a decade of experience in the building, construction and import logistics, complementing a B.A. (Hons) in Law, she brings a wealth of experience, high degree of organization and attention to detail to our projects. She works directly alongside our designers, site managers, client and trades to assist in delivering the best of our integrated service.

Jess is an enthusiastic, highly diligent, and experienced finance and office administrator. Wearing a multitude of hats, she is responsible for our front of house, accounts, and everything in between. Her naturally engaging personality and energy paired with her unwavering ability to support those around her makes her an integral member of the Aube team.

Aaron’s career was founded in residential carpentry and has progressed to site managing multi-million to billion dollar mixed use commercial high rise and high-end residential apartment projects. He thrives under pressure and relishes the challenges and problem solving that come with construction. Building strong relationships and a cohesive team environment is fundamental to how he conducts our projects to ensure the intricacies of our builds are delivered to the highest standard and our clients can enjoy the journey along the way.

A qualified carpenter and builder by trade, Josh is known for his high level of organisation, his collaborative nature, and his incredibly empathetic approach to delivering high quality projects for our clients. Having operated his own building company delivering small residential projects to multi-million dollar homes, Josh embraces the challenges that highly custom projects can present and enjoys collaborating with our design team and clients to achieve a practical and conscious result. He is driven by building considered spaces that will go on to host cherished memories for our clients, their families, and friends.

Vaughan has over 23 years experience in the construction industry, spanning commercial and civil landscaping to complete project management of residential, fitout and commercial projects. His innate ability and enjoyment in building genuine relationships with our clients, team and contractors throughout the process is fundamental to the successful management of our projects and providing an enjoyable client experience along the way. His diverse experience and practical approach, combined with his organizational and leadership skills, makes him an integral part of delivering the best of our integrated service to our clients.

A qualified carpenter and builder, Matt has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with experience ranging from renovations and extensions to heritage rebuilds and high-end architectural projects. His passion for building, fine woodworking and the intricate details in quality projects ensures the highest standards are achieved for our residential clients and their beautiful homes.

Tate’s experience ranges from commercial fitouts to residential new builds and renovations. He’s driven by delivering high quality work, whilst continuing to learn and challenge his understanding. Tate relishes the relationships he naturally develops on site and working as a collaborative team to deliver our clients’ meaningful spaces in an enjoyable environment.

Born and raised on Kangaroo Island, Jae brings local knowledge of the unique building requirements of the island. As a qualified carpenter with a general building background for over 10 years, spanning high end residential and commercial projects, his on the tools ability and expansive construction knowledge ensure our projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. His high attention to detail and commitment to the authenticity of our designs is integral in delivering the best of our integrated service to our Kangaroo Island clients.

Jordan is a Kangaroo Island local, and a qualified carpenter with a general building background spanning high end residential and commercial projects. His diverse experience combined with his ability to build strong relationships, his thirst for knowledge and his commitment to deliver high quality workmanship, makes him an integral part of our Kangaroo Island on-site delivery team.

Scott has been involved in the building industry for over 10 years primarily assisting on multimillion dollar commercial and residential projects.
