You may already have the home, office or block of land, or it may still be an idea you would like to bring to life, either way, we will welcome you into our office to share your high-level brief, timelines, budget, and ideas so we can gain a clear understanding of your project objectives – we will have questions, and this is a great chance for you to ask yours too. Following the meeting, you will be presented with a proposal for your perusal and acceptance. This will outline the initial path forward for your new project.

You have accepted the proposal, now it is time to delve into the detail. You will meet with our design team to establish your detailed brief. We will take the time to gain a clear understanding of your project objectives – from understanding your family and lifestyle requirements, the specifics of your site including any challenges, to the more economic factors driving your brief - no stone should be left unturned.

We have your brief, now it is time for our experienced team to bring it to life – on paper at least. Every Aube design encapsulates our teams’ authentic style and construction experience together with your unique brief and inspirations to ensure the result is beautiful and functional, whilst extremely personal. We will inspect the site and liaise with council, consultants, and trades to ensure by the end of the design process you have a fixed price build contract with complete clarity on your project, and we are ready for a seamless construction process.

You have signed on the dotted line, it is time for the construction process to begin. Final approvals and our detailed construction documentation are completed. It is then over to our experienced construction management team who will oversee all aspects of your build, working side-by-side with our design team to ensure your project is completed on time and to the highest construction standard, with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail paramount.
