Aube Projects is proud to partner with Hometown Australia Communities to design and deliver a Wellness Centre within the Seachange Goolwa community - a place purpose-built for connection, wellbeing and belonging. Guided by Hometown's placemaking principles, the project goes beyond physical form to create a people-centred space that enhances health and community.

Inspired by the coastal charm of the region, the design embraces communal living and a strong connection to the outdoors, reinterpreting Goolwa's historic fabric through contemporary, eco-conscious building practices. The centre features a 20-metre swimming pool, pickleball court, lawn bowls green, outdoor dining, indoor lounge with stone-surround fireplace, shared kitchen and a fully equipped gym.

Now complete, the Goolwa Wellness Centre reflects thoughtful design, integrated delivery, and Aube’s commitment to creating places that enrich everyday life.
