Aube Projects is proud to be partnering with Hometown Australia Communities to design and deliver a Wellness Centre within the Seachange Goolwa community - a place purpose-built for connection, wellbeing and belonging.

Guided by Hometown’s placemaking principles, this project goes beyond the physical form. It’s about creating a people-centred place that enhances health, connection and community.

Inspired by the enduring character and coastal charm of the region, the design embraces laid-back, communal living and a strong connection to the outdoors. Using contemporary, eco-conscious building practices, the Wellness Centre reinterprets Goolwa’s historic fabric for modern living - creating spaces that invite residents to slow down, gather and connect with nature.

The development features a 20-metre swimming pool, pickleball court, and lawn bowls green, creating an active hub for residents and guests. Complementing these outdoor spaces are generous communal facilities - including an outdoor dining area, indoor lounge with stone-surround fireplace, shared kitchen and dining zones, and a fully equipped gym.

Through clear intent, thoughtful design and integrated delivery, the project brings to life a relaxed, village-like atmosphere that encourages social connection and wellbeing, while honouring Goolwa’s unique coastal character.

Now nearing completion, the Goolwa Wellness Centre reflects thoughtful design, integrated delivery, and Aube’s commitment to creating places that enrich everyday life.
