Location: Kilkenny, SA

We were engaged by MS Society SA & NT for the design & construction of their new purpose-built Wellness Centre and Head Office, tailored for people with multiple sclerosis. Our Design, Pre-Construction and Construction teams worked closely with the MS Society team to distil their unique fit-out brief and deliver a design that met their needs while maintaining feasibility.

This collaboration resulted in a blueprint focused on client-centred spaces, creating a wellness haven for staff and visitors. Spanning approximately 1100sqm, the expansive fit-out incorporates shared office and employee respite spaces, executive offices and boardroom, therapy and treatment rooms, multi-functional gymnasium space and an in-house cafe.

Embracing a palette of natural, earthy tones, this space is thoughtfully crafted with soft, flowing curves that connect and transition harmoniously between areas. Prioritising enhanced accessibility and mobility, it is purposefully designed to meet the distinct needs of both staff and clients alike.

Specialty designs of the facility include accessible corridors and openings, tactile tracks along walls, and lighting designed to accommodate for sensory and vision impairments.

From commencement of the design process to turnkey handover of the facility, our Architects, Interior Designers and Construction team delivered the project in 9 months, successfully meeting the MS Society SA & NT's relocation requirements.

This project stands as a testament to our commitment to innovative design and client-focused project management, ensuring a space that is both functional and inspiring for the MS Society and the community it serves.
