Originally the local IGA building, the clients brief was to utilise the existing footprint to design two independent spaces – Oliveti restaurant, and a second Spread delicatessen location after the success of Unley. The venues were to seamlessly integrate to provide a multi-dimensional space servicing their core offerings, as well as functions and larger private gatherings.

We adopted a comprehensive approach to this project, overseeing every aspect from value management, and design to construction. Our goal was to design spaces that ensured optimal restaurant functionality while selecting interiors that perfectly matched each venue's unique ambiance. We incorporated custom-built furniture and high-quality finishes such as timber, natural stone, and mosaic tiles, each chosen with a specific purpose. The result - a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality, providing patrons with an enhanced dining experience.
