We were engaged to undertake the design and construct of a 2000sqm logistics warehouse and 600sqm of office and showroom spaces over two levels, located in Stapylton, QLD. The warehouse was designed to achieve both functionality for high volume logistics and to reflect their modern, sleek brand.

The specialised use of the building required a large volume fire sprinkler system, serviced by a 350,000L underground tank and pump room. The building was designed to operate off-grid, with the design incorporating a specialised fire rated storage room to display the batteries.
